Montell is a really cool guy to work with. He knows the areas in Sacramento well, so he'd tell me what he thinks of the area before we check it out, and he's always right. He knows houses well to judge if what I was considering is even worth considering. He's honest and straightforward forward which I really appreciate. He's easy to contact and he responds fast and well, even if my questions or issues weren't really relevant to his job, he'll go and take initiative to ask the right people. This was my first experience purchasing a home. We came across some unexpected obstacles, none of which were related to Mr.Johnson; nonetheless, he made sure that he did everything in his power to help us get the issues resolved and help us move into our first home! All is fair in Love and War. (and real estate). If you want an advantage over everyone else use Montell. He was extremely strategic, knowledgeable, and responsive during our house search.
